Michael Herweg appointed Honorary Professor

We are happy to announce that Michael Herweg has been appointed Honorary Professor by Heidelberg University, effective March 2018.

Michael will continue teaching and supervising students in the area of semantics, logic and knowledge representation. His research centers on the semantics and processing of temporal and spatial expressions in typologically diverse languages and on logic-based representation and reasoning systems for events, time and space. In addition, Michael will bring his long-standing research, consulting and management experience in the IT industry (IBM Corp.) to the department.
